What’s the Big Deal?

The main talking point about the DeWalt Woodcutting Circular Saw Blade revolves around the ToughTrack technology the design team incorporates into the design. This new tooth design uses an ATB+R tooth grind.

The “R” here stands for “Raker”. Every third tooth is flat on top, which allows for better tracking and straighter cuts by straightening the blade between the left and right ground teeth. The DeWalt’s raker tooth is actually higher than other manufacturer’s ATB+R blades. This helps in clearing debris from the cutting path, allowing for better tracking.

Additional Features

• High-density tungsten carbide teeth – longer life
• Thin kerf – more efficient cutting in cordless saws
• Reinforced shoulder – bumps up the impact resistance if you hit a nail
• ToughCoat anti-stick coating – reduces friction during the cut
