Inย my discussion with Derek, he gave me some insights into theย reorganization of the Goldblatt brand. In September 2010, the assetsย of the Goldblatt Tool Company were purchased by Hong Kong Great Starย International Co. Ltd. Under the new ownership, Goldblatt wasย reformed as Goldblatt Industries LLC and now operates as aย subsidiarity of HKGS.
