Best Lowe's Black Friday Deals

In a move today certain to garner some attention, Loweโ€™s launched its popular Lowes.com website in Spanish (en Espanol). The new Spanish language site offers the same purchasing functionality and adds newly translated pages for their helpful how-to articles and even Loweโ€™s Creative Ideas project website (see below). This should be very appealing to its growing base of Hispanic customers. The idea was to provide a transparent and seamless experience to Spanish-speaking customers wherever and whenever they shop. Anyone can access the Spanish version of Loweโ€™s website at www.lowes.com/espanol. So, yes,ย Lowes hablando Espanol.

โ€œOur No. 1 priority at Loweโ€™s is to ensure our customers have the best possible experience shopping with us, whether they plan a project with our employees in the aisles of their local store or at home through our online tools and services. Providing a Spanish language option on Lowes.com is a natural next step as our website develops to provide improved customer service.โ€

Gihad Jawhar, Loweโ€™s vice president of Lowes.com

Not to be limited to just online retail, the LowesCreativeIdeas.com website also launched in Spanish today. Customers can access the Spanish language content by visiting www.LowesCreativeIdeas.com/espanol. Loweโ€™s Creative Ideas is an online resource for providing creative projects and ideas to consumers and DIY hobbyists who can then shop at Loweโ€™s for all their supplies. Ideas Creativas de Loweโ€™s will also be launching in print format this September in collaboration with Siempre Mujer magazine, followed by a Holiday 2011 edition.
