DeWalt released Precision Trim saw blades aimed squarely at trim carpenters. The redesigned blades offer more accuracy, 2X moreย carbide, reduced tear-out, and a smoother cut when compared to DeWaltโsย construction series of blades. Theย DeWalt precision trim saw bladesย are perfect for cutting both natural and primed trim. They opted for an additional grind on the tooth face (which, by the way, is thankfully not painted), and the new carbide tips are twice as large as those in the Construction Series.
DeWalt Precision Trim Saw Blades Features
Notably, DeWalt employed vibration-reducing plate technology on these blades. Like the newย 2X Longer Life Reciprocating Saw Blades, these new circular blades feature a sleek black motif.
The new DeWalt Precision Trim Saw Blades feature 60 teeth in the 10โณ models and 24 teeth in the 7-1/4โณ models. Higher (think 80-tooth) models will allow for less sanding and more precise applications.
The new DeWalt Precision Trim Saw Blades will be available in 7-1/4โณ,ย 10โ, and 12โ diameters. These blades look pretty darn good, and this is an area where DeWalt needed some improvement, so weโre glad to see the new developments and canโt wait to test them out.
Pricing falls right around $24.95 for 7-1/4โณ blades (60T).
